1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern attendance at the CardShow Exhibition, taking place on October 23rd and 24th, 2026 at Dubai Studio City 
Sound Stage 3 ("the Event"). By attending or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 
2. Registration and Admission
2.1 Admission to the Event is free of charge except for the Meet & Greet Session.
2.2 All attendees must register before entering.
2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to any individual at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
3. Purchases and Buyer Responsibility
3.1 Any purchases made at the Event are transactions between the attendee and the individual vendor or collector; the Organizer is not a party to 
these transactions.
3.2 Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before purchasing any item from a vendor or collector.
3.3 The Organizer makes no representation or guarantee as to the authenticity, condition, or quality of any item bought/sold or traded at the Event.
3.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or disputes arising from any purchase, 
sale, or trade at the Event, including in connection with counterfeit, misrepresented, or defective items. 
3.5 Suspected counterfeit items should be reported to Event staff. Reporting an item does not entitle the buyer to a refund or exchange from the 
Organizer.
3.6 All sales made at the Event are final. Any return, refund, or exchange is solely at the discretion of the individual vendor; the Organizer is not 
responsible for facilitating, mediating, or enforcing any such arrangement.
4. Conduct
4.1 Attendees must behave respectfully toward other participants, vendors, and Event staff at all times.
4.2 Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate removal from the Event without recourse.
4.3 Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
5. Liability, Release, and Assumption of Risk
5.1 Attendance at the Event is entirely voluntary and at the attendee's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its 
officers, employees, agents, and the venue owner shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to person or property 
arising out of or in connection with attendance at the Event, however caused.
5.2 By attending, you release and forever discharge the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your attendance 
or participation.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your 
own acts or omissions, breach of these Terms, or any purchase, sale, or dispute with a vendor or other attendee.
6. Event Cancellation
6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Notice of any cancellation 
or rescheduling will be posted on the Organizer's official social media channels as soon as reasonably possible.
6.2 It is the attendee's responsibility to check the Organizer's social media for updates. As admission is free, the Organizer bears no obligation to 
compensate attendees for any costs incurred in connection with cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Photography and Media
7.1 The Event will be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in such 
materials without compensation.
8. Personal Property
8.1 Attendees are responsible for securing their own personal belongings. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
9. Compliance
9.1 Attendees must comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, and with venue rules, at all times during the Event.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time. The version published closest to the Event date shall govern.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from 
these Terms or attendance at the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
12.1If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the 
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and the Organizer regarding attendance at the Event and supersede any 
prior understanding, whether written or oral.
